3. How much will a site cost?
How long is your particular piece of string? Charity sites, nothing. Personal sites, double figures. For a business site (well, they tend to be more picky), start at a hundred and fifty (dollars, pounds, euros, what you will) and go from there. See prices.

4. Can we swap links?
Yes! Just go to our link page. It's all there.

5. What do these terms mean - ISP, domain, hosting, URL, FTP, HTML?
ISP is your Internet Service Provider - maybe AOL, NTLworld, BT; it's the company which gets your computer connected with the internet.
Domain is the name you give your website. Ours is Web2T.com.
Hosting is actually holding your website on the internet - you pay a company for webspace and put your site in that space. Most ISPs offer free webspace but the address is usually quite long, like freeweb.freepages.com/john.smith.
URL stands for Universal Resource Locator, your full domain name. Ours is http://www.web2t.com/
FTP, or File Transfer Protocol, is how we transfer your file (website) to the web.
HTML is the code, or language, used to write webpages. Just click "View" then "Source" on any webpage to see it.

6. How do I pay?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, Amex online (preferred method). Our credit card processor is Paypal.com.
- Bank transfer (but your bank will charge for this).
You will receive an email with the amount due and a link for secure credit card processing.

7. I'm really not sure what I want from my website - how it will look, what it will do. Can you help?
Just send us any ideas you may have for your website. For a free quote just go to our contact page, fill in a few bits of info, and we'll do the rest.

8. I want to put pictures on the web. Can I do that?
Yes you can. Generally there's no problem if it's just a few pictures but it's a time-consuming (and therefore expensive) process for more than just a handful. Contact us for a simpler (and probably cheaper!) solution.

9. I can't find your terms and conditions. Where are they?
Most terms and conditions documents run to many pages - we could have paid a lawyer to write an all-encompassing set of T&C, but we prefer a sensible approach. We'll create a website you'll be happy with. We trust you to pay us for that service. Anything else isn't that important. Hope to do business with you soon.

10. How long will it take?
The first draft of your site will be available for viewing on the internet less than 7 days after we answer your email. You can then contact us again to make any changes. If you are purchasing a domain or hosting from us, allow an extra couple of days.

11. At what stage do I pay?
For web design, you pay when your site is completed. For hosting and domain names you pay upfront.

12. How exactly does the process happen?
